A&L Home Builders, LLC is a Maryland based company that designs, builds, markets and sells new residential homes, and through its affiliate, A&L Contractor Services, LLC, provides residential and commercial construction services for remodeling and tear down projects. We focus on building high quality, innovatively designed, low maintenance, high tech, homes with signature features. We offer several options including building custom homes to customer requirements, and “move-in ready” (spec) homes on land acquired through A&L. For investors seeking to build an investment property on spec for immediate resale or rental, A&L provides a full range of resources and guidance including market research, land acquisition, site development, home design and construction and staging and marketing for sale.

Collectively, the principals have over 50 years of experience in the residential sales, project management and construction industry. Licensing
Our principals are both licensed in the State of Maryland and therefore have direct control over ALL aspects of the building process, including Project Management, Sales, and Construction Management/General Contracting. This is a benefit to our clients, as they will be working DIRECTLY with those who are doing the hands-on work in all aspects of building their home.
